CrushRated rates AI companion apps for adults who want to know what an app costs, who it lets in, what it does with chats and what has gone wrong, before they sign up. Each app gets a profile, the way a dating app would show it, and every line on it comes from a page we can link.
People choose these apps from ads, app store ratings and “top 10” lists that copy each other. The details that matter often sit in a help center article or a privacy policy. We read those pages, write down what they say with a link and a date, score what they document, and put the answers side by side for 17 apps.
What this site is not
- Not a chat-quality review. We don't test conversations. Our score counts what an app documents and which protections it documents.
- Not an app store or a chatbot. We don't host any companion.
- Not affiliated with any app. No app maker pays for placement.
Who it's for
Adults, 18 and over. Some apps we cover allow adult content, so the whole site sits behind a one-click age confirmation. The site shows text and the apps' own promotional images, none of them explicit.
